Hello Fellow Members,
This letter is to inform Ventana Community, Inc. of my resignation as Board President effective 5pm, Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
It is with great honor that I served as Secretary then as President in my 2-year position on the Board. Ventana is my home and I take pride in all aspects of its function and appearance. A huge thank you to those who also took part in the leadership of this Community as members of the Board in these recent months. Thank you to all members that recognize Ventana is home to at least half of us and also, a not so small investment to many others. We all benefit when the best is done in a prudent and frugal manner.
