May and Continuing Monthly Assessments

Hello Ventana Community, Inc. Members, the May monthly assessment payments (the $370.00 you pay each month) will continue with the Vantaca Portal.

No action needs to be taken by members.

The contract with PS Management will continue as of 3/27/26, as agreed to with the current Board of Directors.

Please continue to use the Vantaca Portal for all of your Common Area concerns and Community information.
