A Special Membership Meeting has been scheduled for April 14th, 2026, at 6:00 pm to vote to remove Board members, and vote in new candidates to those vacant positions. Attached is the notice with the agenda, proxy and a candidate form.
Please know that 20% quorum is required in order to hold the meeting, so if you are not going to
attend, please complete your proxy and email it to info@psprop.net no later than 3:00 PM on
April 14th so there is adequate time to count all proxies ahead of the meeting.
